Wow! I’m crying. I’ve been vegetarian for over 11 years and vegan for a little less than a year so i figured I never had to watch this film. I’m so glad I did. I never thought my conviction could be any stronger, until now. Thank you!

Athenafro: I’m glad it helped. It hurts to see it, but its necessary because what they do to those animals is being done to us - physically, psychologically, spiritually. This culture does that to all of us in one way or another. Consciousness is the key. I’ve resisted making this vegan move for a while; but its about walking the walk. How the hell can I ‘deaden’ myself to what goes on in any corner of this culture and call myself human/for social justice/revolutionary?!

There are a few more things I’m going to have to put down before its all said and done.

This is serious. I wish more of our people would see this video. I am on the path to being a vegetarian, only consuming wild caught fish as “meat” whenever I do eat dead animal flesh.

please , i grew up going to a slaughterhouse ! Meat is meat , you got to eat . no pun intended !~ and you can pick where u buy your meat . I do not see any difference between the way they are treated and the way humans are treated ., While everybody is running around conversing about obama and hillary , who are both on the same team , and talking about olberman who is part of the manipulating media machine , just with a different angle many people are being taken advantage of through covert government agencies, dying because of no health care , and so on …
We were not meant to be vegetarians , so i say Fuck you to Peta !

thats why its nice to live on and own a farm. food dont grow in the grocery store
